OL Reign begin their two-game homestand tonight with a match against the Chicago Red Stars. The game kicks off at 7 PM PT at Cheney Stadium and will stream exclusively on Twtich.
This is the second of three games in eight days for the Reign. After this match, they’ll face Gotham FC on Saturday afternoon.
OL Reign need to score goals and get points. It’s not a dire situation at this point, with plenty of matches remaining, but the team would certainly like to have some momentum heading into a period of matches in July and August held during the Olympics, where a number of players will be unavailable for teams across the NWSL.
- Be good in 1-v-1 battles
- Disrupt Chicago’s outside back play
- Score first
