KANSAS CITY, Mo. (CBS) — The Chicago Red Stars were on the road Wednesday, taking on Kansas City.
In the second half, the Red Stars finally got their first goal of the season in their third game.
Kealia Watt fired the goal into the corner of the net for a score of 1-0.
Three minutes later, Makenzy Doniak made it 2-0, and the Red Stars got their first win – with that 2-0 as the final score against the Kansas City NWSL.
